Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. problem solved after calling on the phone.
Email notice did not get the response that I needed. thanks
I have not changed my system configuration and I have re verified all of the settings that were recommended by the Oxford Club customer service.
I have tried different browsers and turned off all add blocking, but I still cannot view the portfolios.

Norway I do not believe that Tradesmith erred in their business. I contacted them because my purpose was to find out why I could not access the OxfordClub website portfolios, which are maintained by Tradesmith as third party. Tradesmith activates a member's email and provides access based on instructions from OxfordClub. I received prompt emails from Tradesmith after you sent my request to them.
The representative for Tradesmith did not see me as a customer (which I am not) so she canceled any actions. I was invited to call with further questions, and I did the following day.
I talked to a knowledgeable rep who explained why I was not receiving any access to the portfolios. Simply, my email address was not activated to receive any access or other services provided by Tradesmith.
So I am back to OxfordClub to get this problem resolved.

Horrible companies
You are fortunate. I have been charged nearly $6,000.
It appears that once they got my credit card info they used it to sign me up with other entities. None of these "entities" have made me a single dime. These are the most unethical "people" I have come across. I am living off of Social Security, so obviously this amount is a serious thing for me.
I believe they will attempt to try and increase it after a year. I believe all of us that fell for their scheme should file a Class Action Suit. A suit was filed with the SEC a few years ago for defrauding people of over $17 million in a real estate scheme.
He received 5 years in prison. Doesn't appear he learned much.

Agree. The promo shows only success stories. What about those that have not gone so well?
They let us 'try it' on a set 20 stocks that ALL were neither up or down! They don't want to give us unlimited access to the program.
We can only check a couple stocks a month.
NO. The graphs don't always look the same as on Yahoo...not sure the graphs are ligit.
